In 2018 Lloyd Pendleton, the successful homeless “fixer” from Salt Lake City who reduced homelessness there by 91% among even the most chronic homeless, came to Chapman University and shared his “Three Cs” for solving homelessness with an audience of advocates and officials- Champions, Collaborations, and Compassion. . . but the greatest of these is Compassion.
